At the moment, one of the best ways to get direct support for Vector Messenger is to join the official Vector Community on [Discord](https://discord.gg/ar2pnE9Huy). There you will find a passionate community of privacy advocates and lovers, who are willing to help answer any questions you have in regards to Vector. There is also a Vector Community Group Chat that you can request to join in Discord, once you have installed Vector Messenger. \

For any additional technical support, you can visit [Guides](/vector-privacy/vector-messenger/more/guides.md) to see is information on the subject you're looking for. You may also utilize [Viktor (AI Chatbot)](/vector-privacy/vector-messenger/features/viktor-ai-chatbot.md), who will continue to be trained on Vector's protocol and be able to provide in-app assistance if desired.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://vector-privacy.gitbook.io/vector-privacy/vector-messenger/more/help-and-support.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
